The front porch, as anticipated, had significant aging damage to some of the sills and joists underneath. Once the foundational and structural areas were stabilized, we were able to transition into the more enjoyable aspects of the project, which had been eagerly anticipated.
We wanted to honor the store's legacy while also refreshing its appearance, creating a harmonious blend of the old and the new, breathing new life into the space.
In our efforts to remain true to the store's original character and design, we took great care in the color selection process. We engaged in meticulous color matching to ensure that the new paint would resonate with the historical palette that had been established over the years.
Replacements and repairs were made as needed, termite control was completed, and a fresh coat of paint freshens it all up! As we rolled on the fresh paint, the transformation was nothing short of remarkable.
